Gary started his career in 1970 with the Los Angeles branch of IBM in the Office Products Division. Four years later, he founded Arizona Typewriter Company in Phoenix. Arizona Typewriter Company grew to include offices in Tucson and Sierra Vista All locations sold and serviced new and used typewriters, specializing in IBM Models.

In 1988 he founded Quality Laser Charge, a video training and supply company. This company's focus was the Office Equipment Industry. He sold many vidoes focusing on the repair of fax machines and laser printers, recharging toner cartridges as well as cleaning all types of Office Equipment. Rosemary grew up vacationing in the Kohls Ranch area with her her grandparents and was anxious to show Gary the area. We bought our first cabin in Pine in the early 80's. Then in 1985 we bought a cabin in Kohls Ranch. We now live in Payson and we just love it! Some of our favorite things to do are riding in the Model A, flying, motorcycle riding, fishing, hiking, gardening, and enjoying time with our family and friends.
